Pivot Screw Reamers

Our Pivot Screw Reamers feature a cutting surface machined from hardened tool steel for long life. The cutting surface on each tool matches the exact taper of the pivot screw used on the instrument, and cuts in both directions! These tools work in conjunction with the Ultimate Post Counterbore Set to remove any binding in the key after a post is counterbored.
