When measuring for Conn Res-o-Pads, remember that they are only offered in the sizes listed and always in 32nds of an inch.

There are two ways to measure for Conn Res-o-Pads:

Measuring the pad cup (this is the most simple method of measuring for Res-o-Pads), and measuring the reso pad that has been removed.

Measuring Pad Cups

If you are removing the old pad before measuring the pad cup, your job may be a little easier. You will need to use a ruler with millimeter marks and measure the pad that has been removed. Measure the portion of pad cup that the pad sits in normally. Be sure that you measure at the widest point of the pad or the cup. Conn Res-o-Pads are sold in 32nds of an inch.

Measuring the old Res-o-Pad

This method works well in situations where the pads removed are Res-o-Pads and were fitted well. If you feel that any of the pads you have removed were not fitted correctly, take note of those pads and order accordingly.
If you follow the diagram below, measure the distance labeled "A". This measurement will be the one you will use for ordering new pads. The distance labeled "B" will overlap the pad cup once installed. See the illustrations below.
